3f) Ladder outdoors leaning up against house and water dispenser in eating area were not secured and posed tipping hazards. 4c) Light bulb on the left above bathroom sink was not shatter resistant 5b) Outlet next to sink in bathroom was GFCI but not appear to be tamper resistant
